If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Use of Service

2.1 Access and License

2.3 Event Listings and Tickets

artfest.top provides a platform for users to discover, promote, and purchase tickets to art festivals, exhibitions, and related events. We act as a marketplace and are not the organizer of any event unless explicitly stated. All ticket sales are subject to the specific terms set by the event organizer, including cancellation and refund policies. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or a violation of these Terms.

2.4 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Service, its users, or third parties. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any malicious code.

• Respect for Others: You must not harass, abuse, or harm other users, event organizers, or our staff. You must not impersonate any person or entity.
• Security: You must take reasonable steps to protect your account credentials and notify us immediately of any security breach.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

The Service, including its design, layout, graphics, text, logos, software, and all other content (excluding User Content), is owned by artfest.top or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
